Children are eligible to be admitted into Hampton Pre-school from the age of 18 months.

To enroll your child in Hampton Pre-School, you will need to prepare the following documents for submissions and visit us at our centre. Please call in advance to fix an appointment to view the premises.
1. Application Form for Admission (with ‘Acceptance of Hampton’s Terms & Condition’ for enrolment, duly signed by parent)
2. MCYS Form 2
3. Group Student Insurance Form
4. Two passport-sized photographs of the child.
5. Photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate
6. Singaporeans/PRs – photocopies of I/Cs of parents(front and back) Note on government subsidy: Working/non-working mothers or single fathers (Singaporeans only) may claim childcare subsidy from MCYS. Please submit original letter from employer or latest CPF statement.
a. Child of PR – photocopy of re-entry permit (i.e. ICA’s stamp on passport) required.
b. Expatriates – Employment/Dependent passes of parents & child (photocopies of front and back)
7. A photocopy of the immunization certificate or record of child
